White Wine

It is a fruity wine with character, straw yellow color and moderate intensity. Very pleasant aromas of pear, almond and green apple and light notes of aromatic herbs, are felt already from the first sip. The palate is dominated by freshness in constant dynamic balance with the light structure and aroma of crisp white fruits. Enjoy it with seafood, pasta with white sauces as well as cool salads.

Produced from vineyards on hilltops (cabezadas). Fresh and subtle nose, pure stone fruit aromas with a touch of white flowers, minerality and flint. Light and crisp on the palate with a refreshingly dry, light metallic finish. An elegant dry white wine, with subtle aromas that do not overpower the food. It goes great with salads, asparagus, tapas, seafood such as prawns, grilled or fried squid, grilled fish, sashimi and white cheeses such as feta or other goat cheese.

Summer in a Glass! Domaine Florian Rondo Blanc 2019 is a dry, fresh, white wine made from the rare Malvazija grape, aged for 4 months on its lees to gain richness and character. Sourced from the vineyards of Epanomi, this wine brings the cool freshness of the Greek summer to your glass. With a pale golden color, it offers a vast array of aromas: green apple, lime, rose petals, and peach. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long finish that echoes the initial fruitiness. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with fatty fish, paella, and grilled shrimp. Vidiano White BIO is a white dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created 100% from the Vidiano variety, which grows at an altitude of 350 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete and specifically in the vineyard "Kampos".

Varvaglione Bianco BIO is a straw yellow with green notes white wine that comes to us from the province of Taranto. In the nose, its elegant aromatic bouquet recalls notes of mimosa flowers, fruit and citrus aromas while in the mouth, its slightly acidic balance makes it fresh and refreshing. This special label, Pantou Gewurztraminer White Dry, comes to us from the Pantou winery, in Florina and it is exclusively created from the Gewurztraminer variety, which has gone through a lot of snowfall, heavy rains and hot summers.

Aoton Retsina is a unique dry white wine from Attica, a blend of Savvatiano (75%) and Roditis (25%). With its yellowish color and distinct character, it is a retsina that breaks the mold. The nose is dominated by aromas of pine, mastic, citron, bitter orange, and mint, followed by notes of mahleb and pear. The finish is long, with balanced acidity and a light oiliness. This retsina pairs perfectly with fried fish, yellow cheeses, and traditional Greek dishes. Avoid sweets. It is ideally served at 8-10°C!
