After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

It is a fruity wine with character, straw yellow color and moderate intensity. Very pleasant aromas of pear, almond and green apple and light notes of aromatic herbs, are felt already from the first sip. The palate is dominated by freshness in constant dynamic balance with the light structure and aroma of crisp white fruits. Enjoy it with seafood, pasta with white sauces as well as cool salads.

Summer in a Glass! Domaine Florian Rondo Blanc 2019 is a dry, fresh, white wine made from the rare Malvazija grape, aged for 4 months on its lees to gain richness and character. Sourced from the vineyards of Epanomi, this wine brings the cool freshness of the Greek summer to your glass. Vidiano White BIO is a white dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created 100% from the Vidiano variety, which grows at an altitude of 350 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete and specifically in the vineyard "Kampos".

Varvaglione Bianco BIO is a straw yellow with green notes white wine that comes to us from the province of Taranto. This special label, Pantou Gewurztraminer White Dry, comes to us from the Pantou winery, in Florina and it is exclusively created from the Gewurztraminer variety, which has gone through a lot of snowfall, heavy rains and hot summers.
