Frangospito White Dry BIO is a white dry, organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Malvazia and Moschato Spinas, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

Pure Marlborough in every sip! Fernlands Sauvignon Blanc bursts with bright aromas of lime, gooseberry, and green herbs. This lively Chardonnay presents notes of citrus and white flowers is delicious, round with a refreshing finish. Its color is pale yellow with a slight golden reflection. It has strong aromas of flowers and white fruits. In the mouth it is clean, very fresh, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with cold appetizers, summer salads, fish and shellfish, poultry, Tomme cow cheese.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays floral and fruity aromas, such as citrus, that are intense and exotic. It has a pale-yellow color with golden and shiny highlights. On the nose it is fresh and fruity, with notes of citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is tonic, fresh and easy to drink. A charming wine with aromas of fresh fruit. Enjoy it as an aperitif, or with raw seafood, grilled fish, white meats, ham and goat cheese.

Its bubbles are born from grapes that have breathed the Colli Berici breeze, appreciated the sun and loved the green flowering meadows. A special sparkling wine. A perlage (bubbles) spreading aromas of lemon, yellow peach and jasmine. A dry, super fresh taste, with a salty minerality, finishing with a sparkling, juicy and citrusy persistence.

Mountain Aegean grape Athiri fermented - without the addition of resin- and matured in large white pine barrels. Beautiful yellow color with gold and green highlights. Aromas of mastic and botanical notes such as mint, basil and sage. Together with the crisp acidity and medium body they result in a gastronomic wine intended for your food. Enjoy it with salads, fried appetizers, seafood, fish, but also white meat with herbal aromatic sauces.

Defkalion is created from a variety of Assyrtiko from Santorini that matures perfectly in the semi-mountainous vineyards of the Karamitros Family.

Varvaglione Malvasia Bianca wine has a white gold color with straw yellow highlights and an intense, aromatic and beautiful nose. Aromas of mango, rose petals, honey, pear and a herbalism reminiscent of honeysuckle characterize it. The palate is overwhelmed by its fresh vibrancy and balance. It is a structured, harmonious, complex and pleasant wine with a delicate taste. Excellent with delicate fish, shellfish and cheese. Pair it with Asian cuisine, rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, sweet and sour pork, vegetable dishes and ravioli with herbs and parmesan.
