Donna di Valiano is a subtle tribute to the woman of the Piccini family, who has always played a decisive role in our history. This wine is dedicated to them and to all the women of the world. Winemaker Pasquale Presutto took the two international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from semi-mountainous vineyards in Castelnuovo Berardenga and created Donna di Valiano.

Varvaglione Bianco BIO is a straw yellow with green notes white wine that comes to us from the province of Taranto. In the nose, its elegant aromatic bouquet recalls notes of mimosa flowers, fruit and citrus aromas while in the mouth, its slightly acidic balance makes it fresh and refreshing. It goes perfectly with raw fish, shellfish and seasonal salads.

Varvaglione Malvasia Bianca wine has a white gold color with straw yellow highlights and an intense, aromatic and beautiful nose. Aromas of mango, rose petals, honey, pear and a herbalism reminiscent of honeysuckle characterize it. The palate is overwhelmed by its fresh vibrancy and balance. It is a structured, harmonious, complex and pleasant wine with a delicate taste. Excellent with delicate fish, shellfish and cheese. Pair it with Asian cuisine, rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, sweet and sour pork, vegetable dishes and ravioli with herbs and parmesan.

Varvaglione Margrande Fiano del Salento is a refined white wine from Puglia, Italy, made exclusively from the Fiano variety. Golden yellow in color, with intense aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, melon, pear, white flowers and honey, it offers a rich flavor, balance and velvety texture. The refreshing acidity and long aftertaste reveal its authentic Mediterranean character. It accompanies exceptionally fresh fish, seafood, risotto, pasta dishes, vegetables, white meats and mild cheeses. Serve at 8-10°C to fully reveal its finesse. The golden yellow color of Varvaglione Primadonna Chardonnay is a sign that the wine has passed through a barrel. Rich and aromatic notes of pineapple, croissant with almond cream filling, lemon zest and green apple on the nose, full and harmonious taste, with really good and balanced acidity that prepares the palate for a long and pleasant aftertaste are the characteristics of this wine. Pair it with grilled chicken, brisket with white sauce, shellfish and all the great fatty fish dishes.

Chardonnay Royale is produced from grapes of the Ruppertsberg plain and is fermented and fully matured in barrels. The wine is concentrated and long with light notes of butter, passion fruit, mango, notes of white chocolate and wood with strong acidity that gives balance. This is definitely an elegant and charming wine with freshness, a lovely smoky nose, aromas of pear and herbs. Accompany it with poultry with white sauces, large fish, pork fricassee or a pumpkin soup.

Forster Riesling comes from the famous vineyards of the village of Forst and is mainly barrel fermented. It is dry but rich, classy, spicy and salty, with juicy, ripe citrus aromas and rich exoticism. It is a special wine that can be accompanied without fear from crabs and lobster to pork, lamb or a fine dining experience.

The Grainhubel GG is a southern slope with red sandstone and limestone on the ground. It ferments spontaneously in oak barrels of 500 liters and matures with the yeasts for 1.5 years. It is a charming, rich but refined Riesling, intense, spicy, salty with full body and concentration. Juicystonefruit aromas and a long aftertaste.
