Tement Morillon Sudsteiermark Muschelkalk is produced from the Morillon grape variety known internationally as Chardonnay. It is an intensely clear wine characterized by being dry on the palate.

It is a white dry wine from organic farming, with natural and spontaneous fermentation. It is unpredictable, like an unforgettable evening with strong aromas in the nose and an amazing sequence in the mouth. Orange blossom, clementine, peach and apple are the elements that stand out the most. Light and easy, so much so that it resembles clouds.

This vineyard was planted by Josef Tement in the 1950s and has been owned by the family ever since. Notes of lemon, blackcurrant and apricot will give a wine that is delicate and fresh with a soft minerality and a luscious finish. The soil from which it is cultivated is located in a closed mountain basin at an altitude of 300 - 420 m with a south-southeast orientation and is characterized by sandy clay coral limestone soil.
