Created by renowned blender Billy Walker, this whisky combines single malts from Islay and Speyside, matured in a mix of sherry, red wine, and virgin oak casks.

Teaninich 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt whisky known for its bright, fresh and slightly herbal character. Distilled at the lesser-known Teaninich distillery, it offers a crisp and clean profile, with notes of citrus zest.

Stauning KAOS Triple Malt Whisky Batch 1 is an innovative expression from the Stauning Whisky distillery, renowned for its artisanal production and use of local ingredients. The KAOS Triple Malt is a unique blend of three distinct malt whiskies, each with its own maturation profile and character. This triple combination results in a rich and complex profile where notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, and gentle smoky hints are complemented by subtle spice and oak layers.

Boann Single Pot Still PX Cask is a refined Irish whisky, crafted using the traditional single pot still method. Its finishing in Pedro Ximenez (PX) casks imparts rich notes of dried fruits, chocolate, caramel, and spices, creating a sweet yet balanced tasting experience.

Mac-Talla Mara is an Islay single malt that captures the coastal essence often found in whiskies from this renowned Hebridean island. While the exact distillery remains undisclosed, this whisky was matured in American oak casks and bottled at cask strength by the Morrison family, who have a long-standing legacy in Scotch whisky.

Caol Ila 12 Year Old was introduced to us in June 2002, by Caol Ila Distillery, which is perhaps the largest and most famous distillery on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1846 and is located in a hidden cove near Port Askaig on the island of Islay. The site was originally chosen for the clear water of Loch Nam Ban Lake, which is still the main source of water today.

Bellevoye Black Tourbee Triple Malt Edition is a distinctive French whisky noted for its bold, smoky character. This expression is a triple-malt blend - meaning it combines three single malts from different regions - enhanced with peated (tourbe) influence to deliver deep smoke and rich aromatic complexity. Its profile displays notes of smoke, peaty earthiness, ripe fruit, vanilla, and pepper, balanced with subtle floral and woody nuances.

Kyro Peat Smoke is a distinctive Finnish single malt crafted with 100% malted rye and deeply influenced by traditional Nordic smoking techniques.
