The nose offers smoky, mezcal-like aromas with hints of sultanas and green apple. On the palate, drying spices, barley sugar, and yellow plum create a rich flavor profile. The finish lingers with smokiness and a touch of brown sugar. A great whiskey to compare with its counterpart, the Peat Charred Cask Finish.
