After aging 18 months in French oak barrels for Sangiovese, 18 months in barriques for Cabernet and Merlot and 6 months in bottle the result is a bright ruby color with purple hues. Spicy notes such as ginger, orange peel, anise, vanilla and black berries on the nose. Elegant, fresh and juicy palate dominated by dark cherries in a framework of round tannins. Generous finish with lingering hints of black pepper, licorice and black fruits. Enjoy it with rich, flavorful dishes based on red sauce, red meat, game, stews, truffles and mature cheeses.
