This fine wine pays tribute to the painter Girolamo del Pacchia, whose breathtaking art was considered a treasure of grace and refinement. It consists of the Sangiovese, Syrah and Merlot varieties. Each variety is vinified separately in small metal tanks and matured for 6 months in barrique (small French oak barrels).

"Il Pacchia" has a deep ruby color. The nose reveals ripe black cherries and hints of plum at the end. With a structured and rounded palate, the taste reflects the intensity of the bouquet. "Il Pacchia" is a rich, well-balanced wine with a delicious, fruity profile supported by a touch of vanilla from the French barrel. It goes perfectly with charcuterie, appetizers, focaccia bread and crostini, but also with tomato-based first courses or cacciucco alla livornese.
