Stolichnaya goes through triple distillation to acquire its discreet, wheatish taste before being transferred to the Lavijas Balzams distillery. A distillery built in 1901 in Latvia. There it will be filtered through charcoal to obtain its softness. It has a rich, oily texture and a clean finish filled with notes of anise and almond and will definitely make you want to try it again.
