This wonderful rum, the Plantation Isle Of Fiji Rum, made with traditional techniques and local sugar cane, is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. It will mature in tropical climates and in ex-bourbon barrels, before being transferred to France and in French oak barrels for the second phase of its maturation. The result of the combination of all these, the Fiji tradition, the double aging in different climates and the know how, creates the Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum, which is rich in aromatic notes.

Plantation Rum Guatemala & Belize Gran Anejo is a Caribbean rum that matures in cognac barrels and is something special, as it combines the local aromas of the cane varieties, the aromas of the barrel and the secret mixture of spices. The French company Cognac Ferrand and Plantation work together in order to create this special rum giving a great result.

In July 2016, a new label, Plantation Old Fashioned Traditional Dark (OFTD) was introduced to us. A blend of the company's Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados rum, replacing Plantation's Original Dark Overproof, which was exclusively from Trinidad.

Plantation Rum Peru Terroir is an excellent rum, which comes to us from Peru and its strange climate. Master Distiller Alexander Gabriel of Plantation Rum and Jorge Luis Rodriguez, Master Distiller of Cartavio rum distillery, are the ones who will choose the best rum, aged for at least 11 years, Cartavio distillery and then transport them to France to mature for another 3 years in French oak barrels.

Plantation Rum Pineapple is a rum created by Alexandre Gabriel and David Wondrich. Initially the idea was not to go on sale, but to share with colleagues and friends. Eventually Plantation Rum Pineapple was so successful that they could not help but share it.

The Plantation Three Stars White Rum takes its name from the three "stars" of the Caribbean, from which it comes, and more specifically from Jamaica, the Barbados Islands and Trinidad. It is a mixture of a variety of rum so that the creator Cognac Ferrand ends up in its final form.

Trinidad Distillers Limited produces a rum that undergoes a two-phase maturation process. Initially, it is distilled from molasses and aged for seven years in American Bourbon Cask in Trinidad. Afterward, it is transferred to former Ferrand Cognac Casks in France for an additional year, further developing its complex character.

Platte Valley Corn Whiskey is quite unique among corn whiskeys, because it has been aged for 3 years in a used cask. It has an alcohol content of no more than 80%, with 80% fermented corn mash and aged in charred, second-hand oak barrels.
