The Dalmore Quartet is a rare and exceptional collection of single malt Scotch whiskies, celebrated for its rich, luxurious profile. Comprising four different aged expressions, each whisky has been matured in a unique combination of casks, including American oak, sherry, and port casks, enhancing the depth and complexity of flavors.

Suntory Hibiki Harmony means coordination and harmony. This is exactly what the Japanese had in mind when making this whiskey. From the distilleries Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita carefully choose the malt and grain whiskey, over 10 in number, which will all go together in 5 different types of barrels to mature so that they can give us this whiskey.

Glenmorangie 16 Years The Vindima is a distinctive Highland single malt inspired by Madeira's grape harvest festival, "Vindima". The whisky is initially matured in bourbon casks and then finished in Malmsey Madeira casks, adding a rich fruity sweetness and layered complexity. Its aromatic profile reveals notes of ripe peaches, orange, honey, and vanilla, complemented by floral tones and subtle hints of cocoa.

The Kilchoman Genesis series chronicles the 1,130-day journey from barley harvest to bottle, with each stage highlighting a distinct phase in whisky production. Stage 3, known as "Peating," focuses on days 13 and 14, during which the barley undergoes the peating process. This crucial step imparts the characteristic Islay peat smoke, adding layers of complexity to the whisky's profile.

Craigellachie 17 Year Old is an exquisite single malt Scotch whisky from the Craigellachie distillery, celebrated for its robust and characterful expressions. Aged for a minimum of 17 years, this whisky is matured in oak barrels to develop depth, complexity, and refinement.

Meukow XO Cognac is a sophisticated and luxurious blend, renowned for its rich, full-bodied character and exceptional smoothness. Aged for an extended period, this Cognac develops a deep amber color with a hint of mahogany, reflecting its maturity.

The Glenmorangie The Cadboll Estate 15 Years Old is a luxurious single malt Scotch whisky crafted exclusively from barley grown on Glenmorangie's own Cadboll Estate in the Highlands of Scotland. This limited-edition release is celebrated for its rich and creamy character, achieved through careful aging in American oak bourbon barrels.

Glenmorangie The Tribute 16 Year Old comes to us from Scotland and the Glenmorangie distillery, which is famous for its tall distilleries and of course its excellent whisky. It was founded in 1843 in the Highlands of Scotland, with production starting in 1849 and is considered a pioneer in the technique of double maturation of whiskey, in barrels of sherry, port and wine. The spirits that will be used to create this label will mature in ex-bourbon barrels and marry the original Glenmorangie, creating a special and balanced label.

Cardhu 18 Year Old is produced in one of Speyside's oldest distilleries, near the River Spey. The distillery was founded by John Cumming and his wife Helen. Helen and Elizabeth Cumming are the two women who are responsible much of Cardhu's current form and those who grew up and made the distillery famous through their activities.
