Matusalem Clasico 10 Year Old Rum started production in Cuba but moved to the Dominican Republic due to political developments. It will mature for at least 10 years in barrels of whiskey and bourbon, before the spirits are put in a barrel of solera so that they "bind" together.

Ron Macorix, a rum producer with a long history in the Dominican Republic since 1899, offers its top-tier spirit, Gran Reserva.

Dos Maderas PX 5 + 3 Year Old is an excellent rum from Spain, but from the Caribbean. Rum from Barbados and Guyana will be carefully selected and matured for 5 years in the tropical Caribbean climate. They will then be transported to Spain and the Williams & Humbert distillery where they will mature for another three years in Dos Cortados casks, a rare variety of sherry.
