Opthimus 21 Years is one of the most refined rums from the Dominican Republic, celebrated for its extended aging process and rich, layered character. Produced through the solera method, it allows the oldest rums to impart their maturity and complexity into the blend. On the nose, it offers notes of caramel, honey, vanilla, and aromatic wood, complemented by hints of dried fruits and smoky spices that create a warm, elegant, and multidimensional aroma.

Oban Little Bay comes to us from Scotland and specifically the town of the fishermen, Oban in the western Highlands. It was founded in 1974 and since then until today it operates continuously, in the shadow of the imposing rock, in the center of the city. Frequent rain, fog and the climate of the area, make Oban knead the best wheat in the area, with a special recipe, to create this malt. The spirits will mature in American oak barrels and ex-sherry barrels of European oak.
