Dalmore 12 Year Old comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland and a secluded area on the banks of the Cromarty Firth. The story of its special emblem began in 1263, when Colin Of Kintail, leader of the Mackenzie Clan, rescued the King of Scotland, Alexander III, by killing a stag that attacked him. As a reward, the king gave the Colin of Kintail the emblem of the stag with 12 horns, an emblem that adorns the bottle to this day.

The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a rich and sophisticated single malt Scotch whisky, known for its deep amber color and complex flavor profile. It is matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, followed by a final maturation in three different sherry casks - Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem Oloroso - for an additional three years.

With the main ingredient being the water of a lake at an altitude of 600 meters, Dalwhinnie brings with it an aura of fresh air and herbs. Its name is inspired by the location of the distillery as it means "meeting point" and the distillery is located where the Lowlands and the Western Highlands meet.

The uniqueness of Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold lies in its distillation process, which takes place only during the winter months, at the highest altitude distillery in Scotland, where low temperatures contribute to its distinctive character.

Spirits from various distilleries are collected and subjected to the necessary distillation processes before being mixed and placed in wooden, oak barrels for at least 3 years, which is the minimum time for a whiskey to mature, according to Scottish tradition.
