Auchentoshan Heartwood is a single malt whiskey from Old Kilpatrick, which is located in the Lowlands of Scotland. This whiskey goes through a special process of triple distillation, -like all Auchentoshan labels- before entering barrels to mature. Its maturation will take place in two stages.

Aultmore Foggie Moss 12 Years is a stunning label, which comes to us from Aultmore Distillery. It was founded in 1895 by Alexander Edward and had several difficulties at the beginning. It changed hands and closed several times, before being bought by Dewars, in 1998.

Balblair 12 Year Old is an excellent malt whisky, which was introduced to us in 2019. It comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland, specifically the Balblair Distillery, which was created by John Ross and is full of pure ingredients, experience and knowledge. Bablair 12 Year Old will be aged in two types of barrel, in American oak, double-charred barrels and in ex-bourbon barrels, for at least 12 years. It is then bottled in its natural color, without going through cold filtration and with 46% alcohol content.

Ballantine's 30 Years is an exceptional blended Scotch whisky aged for 30 years in carefully selected oak casks, showcasing Ballantine's expertise in crafting complex and balanced spirits. Its profile reveals rich notes of fruits, caramel, vanilla, and gentle spices, while mature woody tones add depth and elegance.

Balvenie 12 Years DoubleWood is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside matured in two types of casks: initially in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in sherry casks, creating a rich and balanced flavor profile. It displays notes of ripe fruits, vanilla, caramel, and subtle cinnamon, with a smooth, velvety texture and a long, pleasant finish.

Another Malt Master David Stewart idea is the Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask. It lets the whiskey mature for at least 14 years and puts its own blend rum in American oak barrels. When the barrels are ready then the whiskey takes the place of rum, to stay there for a few months, thus putting the final touches.

Balvenie 21 Year Old Portwood is perhaps the most successful malt whiskey by Malt Master David Stewart, having won a number of major industrial awards since its release in 1996.

The Balvenie Single Barrel First Fill 12 Years is a rich and complex single malt whisky, matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. This aging process imparts deep layers of honey, vanilla, and oak spice, balanced by delicate floral and citrus notes.
