Speyburn Hopkins Reserve comes to us from the famous Speyside of Scotland and specifically from the Speyburn Distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. The Speyburn Hopkins Reserve is a tribute to the founder of the distillery and is of course named after him.

Speyburn Rum Cask Finish is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyburn distillery in Speyside, Scotland, finished in barrels that previously held rum to add a tropical-fruity and lightly spiced character. Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in rum casks, it brings forward notes of tropical fruits, caramel and warm spices in a balanced profile.

From the distilleries Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita carefully choose the malt and grain whiskey, over 10 in number, which will all go together in 5 different types of barrels to mature so that they can give us this whiskey.

Talisker Skye is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey.

This particular label was introduced to us in 2013 as a no age label, but it appears to have been aged in carefully selected and roasted American oak barrels. It is perhaps the Talisker distillery's smokiest label, as well as the most representative of its character.
