Despite the complete absence of sulfites, it seems to mature very well in the bottle and to highlight even more delicious and aromatic notes. Nikolou Savvatiano Yellow White Dry can accompany special dishes such as legumes, stuffed and soups, which are difficult to accompany with other wines. Served ideally at 10-12°C.
