Matusalem 7 Year Old is a rum originating in the Dominican Republic. It is produced based on the innovative "solera" aging method and matures for 7 years before bottling. It has a golden yellow color with light amber shades and is considered quite rich on the nose, reminiscent of notes of brown sugar and caramel.
