Arehucas Anejo Reserva 12 Year Old comes from the Canary Islands and the distillery Fabrica de San Pedro, which was founded on August 9, 1884. For some years the factory operated as a sugar factory and later began to produce rum, as it had its own sugar canes. Arehucas Anejo Reserva 12 Year Old will mature for at least 12 years, before being bottled and come to our table to surprise us with its wonderful aromas.

This rum will mature for 4 years in barrels from a very aromatic, pink wood, which they call incensio and then it will mature for another 4 years in French, oak barrels.

The water is extremely soft as the limestone rocks of the area help in this. Rums, after undergoing a very slow, traditional distillation method, will enter in American oak barrels and mature for at least 12 years.
