Rum

Bacardi Razz is made from Marion-Berries and red raspberries. This rum was created in order to become our favorite summer drink and it succeeded in a large percentage. The classic, traditional recipe of Bacardi Carta Blanca will be followed faithfully. The rum will be put in barrels with the fruit and will stay there to "tie" the aromas and flavors. It will then be filtered and bottled.

Captain Morgan Black Label consists of varieties of rum from Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados, which have undergone a traditional, ancient distillation process and then matured for at least 7 years. The Ron Masters will carefully select the rum they will use and then go through a secret process to create this blend.

Angostura Gold Rum 5 Year Old was introduced to us in 2002 and since then it is an essential ingredient in every bar, either to have a good economical rum, or to create various cocktails.

El Dorado 5 Year Old is a rum with pure amber color and creamy aromas reminiscent of butter, dried tropical fruits and fresh mint. Bacardi Anejo Puerto Rico 4 Year Old is an excellent label from Bacardi rum, which was introduced to us in 2018. It is an aged rum in American oak barrels, for at least 4 years, in the hot Caribbean climate.

Legendario Ron Dorado Rum was created in Cuba in 1946 and is a blend of aged and non-aged rum. It is a well-known rum in Spain, where it is drunk mainly with cola, while today it is prepared in six distilleries in Cuba.

Appleton Estate Signature Blend is one of the oldest spirits. In the Nassau Valley of Jamaica, there is the ideal climate and suitable soil conditions for the production of sugarcane which is the raw material of this rum. It also has rich natural resources that contribute to the taste and the character of Appleton Estate Signature Blend.

The Lambs Navy Rum was created by Alfred Lamb, known for producing rum for the British Navy, which was why he designed his bottle hexagonal so that it would not roll on ships. Contains sugar cane as a main ingredient as well as sweet spices.

Legendario Anejo Blanco has been created since 1946 and like all Legendario rum is carefully produced in small batches, maintaining the traditional means of distillation, maturation and filtration. Velho Barreiro Cachaca is an excellent Brazilian rum that comes from the traditional Cachaca recipe. This rum is produced by the method of double distillation of cane juice following the aging process in a large oak tank to enhance its complex vegetable flavors.

The Plantation Three Stars White Rum takes its name from the three "stars" of the Caribbean, from which it comes, and more specifically from Jamaica, the Barbados Islands and Trinidad. It is a mixture of a variety of rum so that the creator Cognac Ferrand ends up in its final form.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum has a very dynamic but very misleading aroma due to its higher than normal alcohol content.

Nusa Cana White Rum is an excellent rum, which comes to us from Indonesia. Indonesia has a long history of cane cultivation as well as alcoholic beverages. When in 1641 they started sending their rum to Europe, they arrived by boat 9 months later. Due to sea voyages the barrels were exposed to high temperatures and the spirits inside were constantly moving, so the Europeans considered them aged and refined. It's named after the words Nusa meaning "island" and Cana meaning "rum".
