Rose Wine

"NOTOS" Rose Dry Wine from the Kanakari winery, is produced exclusively from the Roditis variety of the semi-mountainous vineyards of Egaleia. The harvest is done in small crates of 20 kg and the pressures that receives during its vinification are of moderate intensity.

Moi, Je M'en Fous Rose, is a light-colored, dry, rose wine that comes to us from the Karamitros Karditsa winery. Its original and impressive bottle immediately catches the eye, as does its name.

Monograph Rose is a crisp rose wine, a harmonious blend of mountain Agiorgitiko and Moschofilero from the heart of PGI Peloponnese. This blend highlights the fruity, lively, and fresh character of both varieties, creating a wine that captivates the senses. With an attractive rose color and explosive aromas, the wine offers a refreshing finish. It is best served at 6-8C. It pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean dishes, such as pasta with tomato sauce, Asian cuisine (sweet and sour dishes), light meats (chicken, pork), and salads. Avoid heavy, fatty meats and very spicy dishes that would overpower its freshness.

4-6h is Gaia's new, elegant rose wine, a special expression of the Agiorgitiko grape from high-altitude vineyards in PGI Peloponnese. Its name refers to the short maceration time (4-6 hours), which gives it a bright, light rose color and incredible freshness. Light-bodied but with character, 4-6h enchants with its fruity aromas and lively taste, which express the authenticity of its origin. Serve chilled at 8-10C. Enjoy it as an aperitif or as a pairing with dishes like seafood pasta and grilled shrimp. Avoid very spicy dishes to highlight its finesse.

The special feature of the winery's vineyards is that they are under organic cultivation. In 2004 a new state-of-the-art winery was established within the vineyards. An Rose Semi-Dry BIO is a semi-dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. It is created from the varieties Kotsifali and Cabernet Sauvignon, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

The creators of the Iama Rose wine for its production chose to use the rare variety "Vradiano" instead of various international, famous varieties. The procedure that is followed is the classic cold extraction of grapes for 18 hours and then it is vinified. It is ready to be consumed after these procedures.

Pamidi Rose Dry is a special label, full of floral and fruity notes, of the Vourvoukelis Estate! Pamidi Rose Dry wine has a pink-salmon color. The aromas that are in abundance are those of strawberry and cherry fruits.

Afianes Icarus is a unique dry rose wine from Ikaria, made from the rare Fokiano grape. Its opaque, tile-like color with orange highlights promises a special experience.
