Rose Wine

An approachable but serious rose wine, displaying great purity and typicity for the noble Tempranillo grape, in a lighter, more elegant style than most Spanish roses. Pale strawberry colour, with intense and fresh berry aromas over subtle floral notes. Excellent concentration and a slightly off-dry finish, beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and a refreshing, savory note. A perfect wine to enjoy all year round and an extremely versatile food wine with barbecue, pasta, rice dishes, vegetables and curries as well as fried or spicier dishes.

Delicate strawberry aromas enhanced by ripe red fruits and supported by a light floral note. Refreshing on the palate with fine, silky tannins accented by summer fruit and citrus aftertaste. Made to be enjoyed at the peak of its vibrancy and freshness, we recommend drinking within 2-3 years of the vintage date. Pair it with a light and crisp Caesar salad, recipes with shrimp, crayfish or even grilled white meats.

Beautiful and unique pale pink color with copper highlights. Piccini Pinot Grigio Blush is a light to medium bodied wine. Pink flowers combine beautifully with citrus and fruits such as peach. Its crisp acidity makes it a pleasant, refreshing and easy-drinking wine. Enjoy with appetizers, pasta dishes with light pink sauces, shrimp, fish and light barbecue.

Wine with a soft and bright pink color. The first note may remind you of powdered sugar which gives way to a fine aroma of grapefruit, ripe pomegranate and some mineral notes. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh, with a persistent finish. The lively and elegant "Metodo Classico Etna Rose" better explores the character of Etna. It is produced 100% from the Nerello Mascalese variety in the Etna area - Contrada Dafara Galluzzo (Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia) at an altitude of 700 m. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months before being bottled. After re-fermentation, Chiuse finds its own balance remaining 44 months in the bottle. The slow process of staying on the lees gives body to the wine and creates the sophisticated tertiary aromas.

The term Scalunera, in Sicilian means ladder, and refers to the terraced vineyards located on the steep slopes of Mount Etna, which have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Harvesting is done manually. And it gives us wine with a salmon color, characteristic of Nerello Mascalese grapes. Expressive nose of small red fruits with subtle notes reminiscent of ripe peaches and passion fruit. On the palate it is fresh, with a medium body and a long mineral aftertaste. Versatile at the table, it accompanies seafood appetizers, tuna tartare, pasta such as amatriciana and light barbecue.

Seductive pale pink color accompanied by the presence of fine bubbles. Gentle nose with aromas of citrus and red fruits with notes of bread and acacia. Mouth richly aromatic with a refreshing acidity accompanied by a creamy foam. It first accompanies light dishes such as asparagus, salmon, shellfish, as well as fruits and desserts.

Beautiful rose color with orange highlights. Aromas of ripe red fruits and sweet spices. In the mouth it has a mild sweetness that does not diminish. The aftertaste is long with beautiful and fine tannins despite being a rose wine. Enjoy it on its own, but I dare say it's a gastronomic semi-sweet rose. It will accompany wonderful Asian recipes with sweet and sour sauces, salads with sweet elements and even barbecues.

Delicious Prosecco with an excellent pearlescent pink color. Aromatically you will discover floral and fruity notes reminiscent of white peach, rose and peach blossoms. In the mouth it is fresh, delicate and with a good balance of acidity. Incredible passepartout on the table.
