Rose Wine

The lively and elegant "Metodo Classico Etna Rose" better explores the character of Etna. It is produced 100% from the Nerello Mascalese variety in the Etna area - Contrada Dafara Galluzzo (Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia) at an altitude of 700 m. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months before being bottled. After re-fermentation, Chiuse finds its own balance remaining 44 months in the bottle. The slow process of staying on the lees gives body to the wine and creates the sophisticated tertiary aromas.

It is named after the scepter of Bacchus which symbolizes prosperity, fertility and hedonism. This is a deep and bright rose wine with purple highlights, exciting and complex. It has aromas of red fruits such as cranberry, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, herbs such as anise and spices such as pepper and cinnamon. Gastronomic, juicy and salty mouth.
