"Tralcetto" Cerasuolo D'abruzzo is a cherry pink wine of medium intensity. In the nose you will feel juicy red fruits, such as wild strawberries or pomegranate and light hints of herbs, while in the mouth, medium body, nicely structured with an acidic freshness that make the wine tasty and delicious with a cherry aftertaste. Accompany and enjoy it with pizza, pasta with red sauces, carpaccio, grilled shrimp or saganaki and grilled chicken.

This wine is the rose version of the very successful 12 e mezzo series. It has a modern soft pale pink color, with violet highlights and aromas of fresh unripe red fruits meeting harmonious aromas of white flowers. On the palate, it comes alive with crisp acidity. Enjoy with appetizers, light dishes, fresh salmon, grilled shrimp and cheese.

Discover the Ktima Akrani Single Block Miniera Rose 2024, a dry wine full of character and freshness. Sourced from a single, organically farmed vineyard on the island of Kos, this rose is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. It displays a salmon hue, with dominant notes of mango and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is vibrant, elegant, and beautifully balanced. The Music of Senses! Domaine Florian Symphony Rose 2020 is a rich, dry rose that blends the Xinomavro variety with the aromatic character of Syrah. Originating from the Epanomi peninsula, it brings a harmonious combination of freshness and richness to the glass, ideal for those seeking a complete tasting experience. With a deep cherry-rose color, its bouquet is exceptionally aromatic, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, green apple, and subtle hints of sour cherry. The palate is full-bodied and fresh, with balanced acidity. Serve at 12-14C. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, cured meats, pasta with sausage, and stews. Avoid very sweet desserts and light fish. A wine that truly dances on the palate!

Gris De Nuit Rose Dry is another label from the Tselepou estate that stands out. It is a rose wine, made from 100% Moschofilero, which contains all the art of Giannis Tselepos. Its impressive, rosy color, in combination with its intoxicating, aromatic character, make Gris De Nuit Rose Dry or otherwise the Gray of the Night, as it translates, a delicious and very beloved wine.

The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. An old vineyard in the Demiralis area was replanted a few years ago and in 2019 gave its first wine, the Damerale BIO Rose Dry. Aidani Black, Mavrathiro and a small percentage of Monemvasia, are the varieties that are combined in order to give us this wonderful rose wine.

The Essence of Summer! Domaine Florian Syrah Rose 2018 is a dry wine made from 100% Syrah, sourced from an organic vineyard in Epanomi. Eight hours of skin contact and six months of aging on its lees give it a rich, vibrant character while maintaining superb freshness. With a beautiful rose color, the nose is intensely aromatic, offering notes of strawberry, sour cherry, and sweet watermelon. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with natural acidity that leads to an excitingly long finish. Serve ideally at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats (burgers, pork), moussaka, and rich stews. Avoid very delicate fish and overly spicy dishes. This wine is a delightful expression of its terroir.

Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry is created from 95% Muscat of Alexandria and 5% Limnio. Wonderful aromas of red fruits, strawberry, quince, dried flowers and an umami character with the characteristic aromas of salmon fillet and soy sauce. Accentuated acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, full volume and long aftertaste. A culinary wine that intrigues with its simultaneously fruity and salty character. Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry works perfectly with octopus, cuttlefish and grilled squid, while it will be a dream match with lobster and shrimp spaghetti. The umami character of the wine also creates taste bridges with dishes such as spaghetti with smoked salmon and capers in a vodka sauce, while for lovers of quality charcuterie the wine will stand out and be perfectly highlighted by a thinly sliced prosciutto with its salty character.

Wine with a soft and bright pink color. The first note may remind you of powdered sugar which gives way to a fine aroma of grapefruit, ripe pomegranate and some mineral notes.
