This vibrant rose wine is a charming blend of Agiorgitiko (90%) and Sangiovese (10%) from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. The brief skin contact (14-18 hours) gives it an expressive cherry-red color and a rich character, harmoniously combining Greek and Italian grape varieties. With aromas of cherry candy, grape preserve, and spices, the taste is juicy, with crisp acidity and subtle tannins that offer volume and complexity. The long finish concludes with spicy notes. Serve at 10-12C. It pairs wonderfully with BBQ meats, pasta with red sauce, oily stews, and even fatty fish. Avoid very spicy or very light dishes.
