Red Wine

Terra Valpolicella Superiore ages 36 months in French oak and 4 months in bottle. Ruby red with garnet hints, it offers aromas of cherry, blackberry, vanilla, and spices. Dry, smooth, and persistent, with a hint of bitter almond. Perfect with game, grilled meats, porcini risotto, braised lamb, and aged cheeses!

Corpo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is aged for 48 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle. Deep, ruby color with earthy highlights. Aromas of red fruits, vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth, it is balanced between mild tannins, cherry and tobacco leaves. Excellent with red meats, aged cheeses, spicy chicken, duck, veal and stews!

Quinta de Quercus is located in the heart of Castile in Central Spain. Produced exclusively from Tempranillo and Syrah 30 years old at an altitude of 750-800m. Deep garnet colour with powerful and complex aromas combining ripe berry notes with some cassis and a touch of bell pepper. The oak ageing offers hints of leather, spice and vanilla. SUSU is a Cannonau from Sardinia, carefully crafted from vineyards at 450-700 meters. With aromas of red fruit, pepper, herbs, leather and a deep ruby color.
