Red Wine

Gunther Steinmetz is a master of balance in his red wines. A stunning Pinot Noir from the Moselle that has a Burgundian style in terms of finesse. With medium body and noticeable tannins complemented by refreshing acidity in the mouth. On the nose, aromas of plums, strawberry, spices such as pepper and a subtle hint of wood and smoke. Ideally, you can enjoy it now or from 2025 and for several years with tuna, mushrooms (roasted or risotto), truffle recipes, duck or veal Bourguignon.

A special red wine made from Pinot Meunier from the Mosel. As usual from Gunther Steinmetz, we have a wine with amazing balance. Full-bodied with fine tannins and medium acidity. Aromatically, you will distinguish red fruits, such as cherry, spices, such as pepper, and flowers, such as rose. Long, delicious and silky aftertaste. Delightful at an amazing price. Enjoy it with duck, rabbit and pasta with red sauce.

The partially dried and cold fermented grapes give us a deep red wine with brown hues. Aromas of red fruits and jam. In the mouth there is a coexistence of a concentrated taste of ripe fruit and sweet tannins.

This great and famous DOC represents the essence of Puglia. Handpicked and overripe grape harvest, soft pressing and controlled fermentation, partial finishing in wood.

The "Dentelles" appeared thanks to the pressure between the Pyrenees and the Alps. The nights are cooler and the ripening of the grapes usually comes at the end of September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks and aging in oak barrels. It has a deep red grenache color and aromas typical of Grenache with ripe black fruits, raspberry. It is a powerful Gigondas, but harmonious and well balanced with a long finish and hints of spice and minerals. Enjoy it between 1 and 8 years with the accompaniment of game, lamb, roasts, a variety with bold cold cuts or even a pizza.

Giacobazzi Delizioso Fragolino is a sparkling sweet wine that comes from a selection of suitable red grapes for the production of Fragolino with a brilliant ruby ??color. It is introduced to us with a refreshing, fine and persistent effervescence as well as beautiful, seductive aromas of wild strawberry and red fruits. It has balance in the mouth that is also aromatic, balanced and pleasantly sweet leaving the characteristic taste of strawberry. It is ideal to accompany traditional Modena specialties as well as fruit tarts. Enjoy it cool at 6-8°C.

Giacobazzi Lambrusco Fruttato is a lovely red sparkling semi-sweet (amabile) wine produced from the Lambrusco di Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Lambrusco Sorbara and Malbo varieties. It is delicious and flavorful with an intense ruby ??color and fine foam. It has a characteristic aroma of red fruits and spices and its taste is soft, fruity and pleasantly sweet. It is well balanced by the soft tannins and goes well with typical Italian charcuterie and traditional first courses from Emilia and Modena. Also ideal for dessert, especially in combination with fruit tarts and cakes. Drink it cool at 10-12°C.

Excellent sparkling wine with an attractive light ruby color and a lovely pink foam. Seductive aromas of violets and wild strawberries. Fresh and mild in taste. Enjoy it cool with cold cuts, spring and summer barbecues or even with shrimp saganaki and pasta with red sauces.

This Syrah will reveal wonderful aromas of raspberry, enhanced with hints of spice. It is rich and complex. Real value for money. Deep, bright purple in color. Expressive with aromas of red fruits (blackberries) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). Delicious with silky tannins. Fresh delicious and spicy aftertaste. Accompany barbecue, grilled meats, charcuterie, game such as rabbit and type cheeses Saint Marcelin.

This silky and elegant Pinot Noir, with cherry aromas, is balanced, spicy and delicately fruity at the same time. It has a light red garnet color, with a ruby reflection. Very aromatic with red fruits (cherry, strawberry, blackberry), black fruits (blackberries) and some spicy notes. In the mouth it is round with soft and elegant tannins. Light and lively.
