Red Wine

Over Borders is a pure expression of Tempranillo when grown at high altitude. Intense and beautiful aromas, with great purity of fruit, reminiscent of blackcurrants and blackberries. With subtle spicy notes due to the aging of the wine in French and American barrels. Full bodied, juicy and lively on the palate, with fine tannins. Excellent with lamb, grilled meats, pasta, tapas and hard cheeses. It's great now and will only get better over the next 4-5 years!

Garnacha/Grenache from old vines of the village of Cadalso los Vidrios at an altitude of 800m, give this wine with a production of 10,125 bottles. The harvest is manual and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. No oak barrels are used in the production. A delicate wine with subtle floral aromas and notes of fresh berries. Silky tannins and crisp acidity with moderate alcohol make for a versatile, food-friendly wine. An excellent example of elegant, Garnacha from high altitude vineyards in the Sierra de Gredos. Enjoy it with barbeque, braised recipes and charcuterie.

Blasfemia is a unique wine, without geographical and vintage limitations and prejudices. A wine (production of 6,000 bottles) where the different soils and altitudes (710m, 802m, 912m) of the old Tempranillo vineyards (60-90 years old) complement each other perfectly. Intense and precise aromas, with great clarity of fruit, reminiscent of black cherries and blackberries, mixed with subtle spicy notes from the oak. Full-bodied, juicy and lively on the palate, with muscular, fine-grained tannins and a firm, satisfyingly dry finish. A wine that needs next to premium cuts of veal, black pig and game.

Apostata is made from the best, old vineyards of Castile. Because these vineyards are located in different regions, the wine cannot have an official geographical indication. Apostata is a joint venture with Peninsula partner Swiss winemaker and importer Matthias Tobler. Intense and precise aromas, with great clarity of fruit, reminiscent of gooseberries and blackberries, mixed with subtle spicy notes from the French and American barrels. Full, juicy and lively on the palate, with fine tannins and a satisfyingly dry finish. Excellent with lamb, pasta, grilled meats and tapas.
