    Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. You can enjoy it now, but also 10-15 years after its harvest. It accompanies red meats, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauces and hard cheeses.
