Syrah Wild Fermentation 2016 Red Dry is a distillate of grapes of the French variety Syrah that is cultivated in a small village, Gialtra, Evia.

Vradiano is a rare variety that comes from Northern Evia. This unique single-variety wine immediately makes it clear that the variety is very special. It is a wine of limited production, fermented with the help of native doughs.

Iama Red Dry combines two well-known grape varieties to get the final result. The "Vradiano" variety originating from Evia, and the Syrah variety originating from France, make this wine unique which is ready for consumption with the possibility of further aging for at least 4 years.

The Mandilaria and Merlot varieties give an aromatic, light, red wine thus producing the Methea Red Dry. This is a wine that is ready for consumption, but can be stored for one to two years at most.

Efivos Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. The varieties Mandilari, Kotsifali and Syrah are grown in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete in the vineyard "Kremnolia".

Kotsifali Red BIO is another label of the Gavalas winery, whose vineyards were included in the organic cultivation regime in 2001. The history of the winery begins sometime in 1906, by Emmanuel Gavalas, who began to plant the first vineyards. Since then, the vineyards are passed down from generation to generation and the love for wine passes with them.

The Lonely Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. Created exclusively from the Cabernet sauvignon variety, which grows in the Monofatsi vineyards, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the "Kremnolia" vineyard.

Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. You can enjoy it now, but also 10-15 years after its harvest. It accompanies red meats, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauces and hard cheeses.

Gaia Monograph Agiorgitiko is a wine that expresses the authentic character of PGI Peloponnese. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Nemea, this youthful red wine maintains all the freshness of the variety. With a bright reddish-violet color, it offers aromas of blackcurrant, pomegranate, and subtle hints of butterscotch. The palate is full of freshness and fruitiness, with soft tannins and a pleasant finish. It is best served chilled at 10-12C. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with dishes of medium intensity. Avoid desserts, fish, and seafood that would overpower its elegance.
