Red Wine

It is produced from privately owned organic vineyards. The Oveja range is a dynamic range that varieties and quantities vary from year to year.An unusual blend of Graciano and Malbec. Graciano is a noble, but not multi-planted variety. With late ripening, it gives acidity and beautiful floral aromas to the wine. Malbec has adapted well to the continental climate in high altitude vineyards. It complements Graciano with fresh raspberry aromas and a round texture. A dry, medium-bodied, hearty, juicy, non-barrel-aged red wine. Uncomplicated and flexible. It's a great wine with barbecue, pizza and tapas!

A juicy, fleshy unoaked red wine, showing great purity and the typicity of high-altitude Garnacha from the heart of Spain, with expressive and well-defined aromas of black cherries and strawberries over subtle notes of spice and herbs. Bright ruby red colour. Fresh and with an excellent persistence on the palate. Versatile, medium to full bodied food wine, excellent with grilled, stewed and braised meats as well as pasta and tapas.

A vibrant and juicy, unoaked red wine, showing great purity and the typicity of high-altitude Tempranillo, with expressive and well-defined aromas of red berries, rosemary and a touch of liquorice. Bright ruby red colour. Fresh and with an excellent persistence on the palate, with round texture and a satisfyingly dry finish. Very versatile, medium-bodied food wine, excellent with tapas, grilled meat and pasta.

Piedirosso is a rare and ancient variety found mainly in Campania, Italy and means "red feet". After aging for 6 months in barrique barrels and staying for 1 year in the bottle, it gives us a beautiful ruby red wine. To our nose it reveals complex aromas of cherry, plum and raspberry, slightly spicy. In the mouth, it is pleasant, smooth, slightly salty and velvety. It has an aftertaste with moderate length and persistence. Accompany pasta or rice in tomato sauce or with ragout, red and white meats such as rabbit, vegetable soups with legumes, fish soups, cured meats and not very mature cheeses.

Balance and elegance, in a powerful and complex style. This is Memoro Alta Vendemmia, a wine created to include the best Italian vines. Only the best grapes of the harvest can be used. In this particular wine 4 varieties Sangiovese, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola, from 4 production areas: Tuscany, Basilicata, Veneto and Sicily. Each variety receives separate vinification, to fully express the potential and character of the grapes.

Winemaker Pasquale Presutto created this Tuscan blend from international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. After the end of fermentation, the wine is aged in second-use French barrique barrels for 12 months. Before being released on the market, Apricaia remains in the bottle for another 4 months.

Produced from Nebbiolo in vineyards with an altitude of 250m and south and south-west exposure. After fermentation, Barbaresco continues its journey in Slavonic oak barrels, where it ages for two years.

The Nebbiolo grapes (Lampia and Michet) of Barolo Porta Rossa come from historic vineyards located in the Serralunga and Perno districts (Monforte site). Bricco Ambrogio, a vineyard in Roddi, gives its name to the eponymous "cru" wine. After fermentation, the wine is placed in Slavonic oak barrels where it evolves and ages under strict control for at least two years.

This delicious wine is produced from 100% Aglianico del Vulture. Derived from a single Vigna del Melograno vineyard, located in the hills north of the village of Venos. Manually harvested in the first week of November, after fermentation it is transferred and aged for 24 months in French barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

It is produced in the Etna DOC area (Rovittello-Contrada Dafara Galluzzo) from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that are harvested by hand in mid-October at an altitude of 700 m. After vinification it matures for 18 months in large 500l oak barrels. Chiuse in Italian is what Clos in France (closed vineyard), is the best and truest expression of the Etna cru known as Contrade. The stone walls, part of the Unesco World Heritage, define the ancient borders of our vineyards. Chiuse Vidalba is a selection of older bush vines Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio from our low yield organic vineyard Contrada Dafara Galluzzo located in Rovittello on the northern slope of the volcano.
