The fruit tends toward sour cherry but with mint present and a spicy complexity. The wines have the structure and depth to age beautifully for decades, but also show remarkable grace in their youth. Atemporal means "timeless". The d'Aulan family's French heritage has shaped and characterized this blend. The French heritage inspires the Alta Vista team to produce a blend of different varieties from the same origin: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot from the Albaneve vineyard (Uco Valley). The three varieties are harvested, fermented and aged separately for 1 year in 225 liter French oak barrels.

Notes of violets and fruits such as plums, blackberries and figs are discernible. Light spicy notes of thyme and licorice are also left. On the palate it is a balanced ensemble: the silky nature of Malbec, the structure and power of Cabernet Sauvignon and the depth of Petit Verdot. Complex and durable, with good aging potential.
