Red Wine

Anatolikos is a rare sweet wine, a special expression of Agiorgitiko from PDO Nemea. The process begins with sun-drying the grapes to concentrate their juice. It then matures for 5 years in old oak barrels, developing a serious, deep, and complex profile. With aromas of dried fruits, spices, and chocolate, this wine is the ideal companion for chocolate desserts and blue cheeses. It is served chilled at 10-12C and has high aging potential. Avoid savory or acidic foods, which will destroy its sweet dimension. This is a wine made to conclude special moments in the sweetest way!

Scalunera is a dark red wine produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It displays a rare aromatic profile, a blend of ripe, dry and pleasantly bitter sensations of red berries, cherries, yellow fruits, sandalwood, mushrooms and citrus aromas such as lemon peel. Tastewise, it has a medium body with firm tannins. This is an elegant wine that can easily be enjoyed on its own or paired with a huge variety of food such as braised, fatty fish, pork, lamb, cheese and vegetables such as aubergines and red peppers.

The "Lirac" vineyard overlooks Chateauneuf du Pape, across the Rhone River. It is one of the emerging regions from the southern Rhone Valley, as it offers excellent wines. In this particular wine we have vinification in stainless steel tanks and aging in concrete tanks and French oak barrels. It has an intense ink color and aromas of red and black ripe fruits that dominate. The mouth is full, with aromas of blackcurrant liqueur and spices, while the aftertaste shows notes of licorice and vanilla, which give the wine length and complexity. Drink it between 1 and 8 years. Salice is a village of Salento in Puglia. Dominant variety in this DOC area is Negroamaro. Varvaglione Salice Salentino is an impressive wine with a dark red color and aromas of black cherries, cocoa, bitter chocolate, vanilla, coffee, plums and chestnut. In the mouth it has a medium to full body, it is harmonious, balanced and elegant, with round tannins and a long aromatic, fruity aftertaste. Accompany it with lasagna, barbecue, boiled meats and aged cheeses.

CasalFarneto Otto Borghi Rosso, is a wine with remarkable structure and elegance, soft but at the same time powerful produced from the Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It is presented to us with a deep vibrant purple red color, very intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberries and plums and with a spicy aftertaste. In the mouth it is warm and full and the taste is rich with soft tannins and a fruity finish. It goes perfectly with large beef steaks, game, braised meat and strong mature cheeses.

Discover Loudas Xinomavro 2009, a red wine that brings the history of the popular Greek variety to the glass. The dark red color with violet highlights heralds a rich tasting experience. The aromas of small red fruits are combined with notes of tobacco, leather and the characteristic aroma of tomato, offering a unique sensation. The mouth is robust, with a harmony of tannins and acidity, and a persistent aftertaste of nuts from aging in oak barrels.Serve at 16-18°C. Clos Reisser is located on a magnificent plateau at an altitude of 245 meters and faces Mont Brouilly. This Beaujolais is aged in cement tanks for 12 months. It has a ruby color with purple highlights. Wonderful aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and small black fruits (blackberries) with light licorice notes. Round and delicious in the mouth with black fruits and elegant tannins. Enjoy it with grilled pork chops, beef and charcuterie platters.
