One of the most famous dessert Greek wines with many international awards is Mavrodafni of Patras Red Sweet, which is cultivated in specific areas on the outskirts of the city of Patras. Distinguished for its complex aroma of sour cherry, raspberry, fig and spices.

The Mandilaria and Merlot varieties give an aromatic, light, red wine thus producing the Methea Red Dry. This is a wine that is ready for consumption, but can be stored for one to two years at most.

"NOTOS" red semi-sweet, produced from the Agiorgitiko and Merlot varieties of grapes from the mountainous slopes of Aegialia. These varieties will connect and create a wine full of aromas and flavors of red fruits and flowers. At the end, a sweetness remains in the mouth and a velvety aftertaste.

The harvest is done in small crates of 20 kg and the pressures of the vinification that receives in order to reach the final result, are moderate. After the careful vinification of the two varieties, a modern Mediterranean type wine comes to our glass.

Kotsifali Red BIO is another label of the Gavalas winery, whose vineyards were included in the organic cultivation regime in 2001. The history of the winery begins sometime in 1906, by Emmanuel Gavalas, who began to plant the first vineyards. Since then, the vineyards are passed down from generation to generation and the love for wine passes with them.

Memoro really emerged as a cuvee wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy coming from different vintages. Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.

Deep garnet colour with powerful and complex aromas combining ripe berry notes with some cassis and a touch of bell pepper. The oak ageing offers hints of leather, spice and vanilla. It is produced from privately owned organic vineyards. The Oveja range is a dynamic range that varieties and quantities vary from year to year.An unusual blend of Graciano and Malbec. Graciano is a noble, but not multi-planted variety. With late ripening, it gives acidity and beautiful floral aromas to the wine. Malbec has adapted well to the continental climate in high altitude vineyards. It complements Graciano with fresh raspberry aromas and a round texture. A dry, medium-bodied, hearty, juicy, non-barrel-aged red wine. Uncomplicated and flexible. It's a great wine with barbecue, pizza and tapas!

Merlot Red Dry Nikolou is a red, dry, varietal wine, created exclusively from the Merlot variety. Grapes with phenolic ripening, in order to fully develop the variety, are selected and dried with the mildest mechanical treatment, while their extraction lasts 20 days and is done at 24°C. After the juice is separated, it is transferred to oak barrels to complete the alcoholic fermentation, in a controlled oxygenation environment and then the wine is transferred to a stabilization tank. Finally it is bottled and remains in the basement of the winery for 3 months in order to mature.

From Nemea in the Peloponnese comes the Agiorgitiko variety, which will be processed perfectly at the Nikolou winery to give us the Agiorgitiko Nikolou Red Dry. After the necessary procedures, the juice will be put in oak barrels for about 3 months so that the fermentation is completed under conditions of controlled microoxygenation. Then the wine is tartarically stabilized and remains for 2 months for static clarification, while its bottling is done without filtration and with free flow. Once bottled it will remain in the cellar of the winery so that it matures and evolves.
