Red Wine

Giacobazzi Lambrusco Fruttato is a lovely red sparkling semi-sweet (amabile) wine produced from the Lambrusco di Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Lambrusco Sorbara and Malbo varieties. It is delicious and flavorful with an intense ruby ??color and fine foam. It has a characteristic aroma of red fruits and spices and its taste is soft, fruity and pleasantly sweet. It is well balanced by the soft tannins and goes well with typical Italian charcuterie and traditional first courses from Emilia and Modena. Also ideal for dessert, especially in combination with fruit tarts and cakes. Drink it cool at 10-12°C.

Mario Piccini opens his cellar doors, inviting you to taste his "Collezione Privata" Italian for "Private Collection". This selection has been meticulously curated by Mario Piccini himself and his signature on each bottle is a personal guarantee of the wine's quality. It consists of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sangiovese. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of large barrels, barriques and second and third use tonneaux.

Chianti Orange Skirt by Piccini blends tradition with modern style, featuring a refined bottle and deep ruby red color. Aromas of ripe red fruit, soft tannins, and notes of cherry, plum, and spice create a smooth, balanced wine. Perfect with soups, pasta, roasted meats, pizza, or casual evenings with friends. Rosae Lacrima is a red, fresh, aromatic and easy-drinking wine with very prominent aromas of rose and violet. It has a ruby color with purple highlights and intense aromas of rose and violet, with notes of berries. This is an elegant wine that reflects the vineyard and the terroir from which it comes. It is light, friendly tannic, fresh, easy to drink and aromatic and you can enjoy it with appetizers, tomato-based first courses, sausages, white and red meats.

Gaia's Agiorgitiko is an authentic expression of this superb variety from the historic PDO Nemea zone. Born from the blessed vineyards of the region, it masterfully balances juicy red fruits with subtle oak notes, highlighting the noble, fruity character of the variety. Enjoy it alongside relaxed, everyday meals. It is the ideal companion for light red meats, dishes with red sauce, pasta, and Greek appetizers. Its freshness pairs perfectly with cheeses like feta. Over Borders is a pure expression of Tempranillo when grown at high altitude. Intense and beautiful aromas, with great purity of fruit, reminiscent of blackcurrants and blackberries. With subtle spicy notes due to the aging of the wine in French and American barrels. Full bodied, juicy and lively on the palate, with fine tannins. Excellent with lamb, grilled meats, pasta, tapas and hard cheeses. It's great now and will only get better over the next 4-5 years!

Wine with a deep purple color. It ages for one year in oak barrels and for one more year in its bottles. On the nose a complex and clean aroma of ripe red fruits, cedar, chocolate, caramel, with notes of spices at the end. With a rich body, intense and exuberant taste, balanced acidity and well-worked tannins that give a long aftertaste and great aging potential. Match it with grilled meats, barbecue or dishes with rich red sauces.

The only zone of Protected Designation of Origin in which the mixing of red and white grapes is allowed for the production of red wines, is the PDO Paros. In the specific label of the Moraitis estate, the varieties Mandilaria and Monemvasia are the ones that will be carefully selected from the mountain vineyards, will be harmoniously combined and will create the Paros Red Dry.

Garalis Limnio Of Lemnos is created 100% from the Limnio variety. Aromas of dried plums, black cherry, butterscotch and nuts. Accented acidity, round tannins, moderate body and alcohol and persistent aftertaste. A Limnio mature, rich, with excellent structure and a rich mouthfeel. Garalis Limnio Of Lemnos with its exuberant character is ideal to accompany meat dishes such as roast lamb or goat in the oven or on the spit. Its gentle tannins make it equally enjoyable alongside a beef liver or a barley with king mushrooms. It will work equally well with vegetarian aubergine dishes but also with mature cheeses such as an aged Gruyere.
