Andreas Kubach MW is one of the owners and responsible for Bideona wines. Rioja S4MG0 is produced from grapes at an altitude of 520-550m and aged 50 years. Production is at 9,494 bottles. Samaniego produces some of the most sought after Rioja Alavesa grapes. The wines are rich, powerfully framed with fresh acidity and firm yet velvety tannins. The fruit tends toward sour cherry but with mint present and a spicy complexity. The wines have the structure and depth to age beautifully for decades, but also show remarkable grace in their youth. Enjoy it with premium cuts of veal, game and braised recipes. Jancis Robinson rated it an amazing 17.5/20.

Tempranillo at an altitude of 500m from a vineyard with an average age of 50 years. Small production at 6,399 bottles. Bideona Villabuena shows precise and clean aromas of ripe blackcurrants and blackberries, fine tannins with an amazing flow on the palate, even when young. The wine matures for 5 years in Portuguese oak barrels instead of 2 years like a Classic Vintage. This explains its name, "Late Bottled Vintage". The longer barrel aging helps the wine's velvety feel and gives it that very approachable style. Ready to drink immediately after bottling!

The color of Jima Jack of Spades - Day 11 Red Dry is deep purple with intense aromas reminiscent of red wild cherries, raspberries, sweet spices and hints of purple flowers. In the mouth juicy red fruit and a sensation of sweet velvety roasted chestnuts. Lively acidity, moderate alcohol and soft tannins build a delicate structure. It can be enjoyed pleasantly chilled (13 to 15 C) accompanying cooked fish in red sauces or grilled tuna fillet.

Hortais Red Sweet wine of the Mercouris Estate, is aged and produced from sun-dried grapes of the varieties Mavrodafni and Corinthian Raisins whose fermentation was stopped at the appropriate time with the addition of alcohol and aged for five years in oak french barrels.

Mavrodafni Daphne Innamorata comes to us from PATRAIKI, a company with more than 100 years of history. PATRAIKI won numerous awards in international and national competitions, thus gaining a respected position among the wineries of southern Europe. Its modern equipment, in combination with the excellent and diverse terroir of the area of ??Patras, but also the knowledge and experience of the people of the winery, offer us excellent labels that we have loved, such as the Mavrodafni Daphne Innamorata.

It is produced in the Etna DOC area (Rovittello-Contrada Dafara Galluzzo) from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that are harvested by hand in mid-October at an altitude of 700 m. After vinification it matures for 18 months in large 500l oak barrels. Chiuse in Italian is what Clos in France (closed vineyard), is the best and truest expression of the Etna cru known as Contrade. The stone walls, part of the Unesco World Heritage, define the ancient borders of our vineyards. Chiuse Vidalba is a selection of older bush vines Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio from our low yield organic vineyard Contrada Dafara Galluzzo located in Rovittello on the northern slope of the volcano.
