Aging for 6-8 months in French oak barrels gives it richness, structure, and a tender sensation of warmth. With a deep ruby color, it offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with well-structured tannins and a long finish that leaves notes of pepper and tobacco. Serve ideally at 15-18C. It pairs perfectly with BBQ, red meats, game birds, and hearty stews. Avoid very light dishes and very spicy foods. This is a wine that offers a warm and passionate experience!

Anastasia Fragou BODY is a fresh, dry red wine, a harmonious blend of Agiorgitiko (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. This composition marries the velvety texture and fruity aromas of Agiorgitiko with the structure and spicy notes of Cabernet Sauvignon. With a ruby color, its nose is youthful and vibrant, with aromas of fresh red fruits like sour cherry and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of vanilla. The palate is dry and full-bodied, with soft tannins and a sweet, fruity taste that makes it very versatile. Serve at 12-16C. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, pasta with red sauce, and traditional Greek dishes. Avoid very light dishes!

Nautilus Red Dry is a special label, which comes to us from the Phoebus Winery and the wonderful Cephalonia. It is a red, dry wine, made exclusively from the Mavrodafni variety. Most of us when we hear the word Mavrodafni directly think of a sweet wine. At the Phoebus Winery the variety will go through the dry winemaking process, then they will put it to mature in French oak barrels and finally, after bottling, it will be immersed in tanks for a year, thus maturing in conditions of constant temperature, darkness and lack of oxygen. This complex process will offer us this special label, the Nautilus Red Dry.
