Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir comes from one of the best Marlborough vineyards in New Zealand. Its low acreage yields and clay soils are the main culprits for this exquisite Pinot Noir. The stalks of the grapes are removed in the stainless steel tanks and after pre-fermentation cold extraction, the fermentation process started with yeasts that appeared naturally, at a maximum temperature of 32 Β° C. After three weeks of fermentation, the must and the grapes will be transferred to French oak barrels where they will mature for 12 months.

Its color is intense and bright, like ruby. The aromas reflect its hue and are reminiscent of cherries and plums. Aromas comforting and refreshing at the same time, with notes of aromatic herbs and exotic notes of vanilla and cedar wood. At the first sip, a velvety taste awaits you, enriched with balsamic hints and an earthy note, with a fruity and spicy finish.

Delicate and fragrant, with predominant notes of violet and gooseberry. Upon tasting, one can also appreciate the flavours of dried fig and black plum, complemented by subtle hints of spices and liquorice. A truly delightful and complex sensory experience!

Wine made with partial secondary fermentation to increase smoothness and fruity notes. It has a dark red color with violet hues. Bouquet of red ripe fruits and notes of vanilla. Taste warm and full, slightly spicy, with rich and soft tannins.

Following the tradition of super Venetian wines, a unique blend has been created that is partially obtained from dried grapes: this technique is called "Appassimento". Beautiful dark burgundy color. The nose is intense with spices and notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is round and persistent!

Ruby color with gray highlights. Intense bouquet with floral notes of violet, fruity notes of raisin and plum. Full and round palate with silky and sweet tannins, fruity plum flavors and spicy vanilla and tobacco notes.

A precious ruby in flavor and color. It overflows the glass, with notes of blackberries, figs, aromatic herbs, sweet spices such as licorice, with just a touch of roasted coffee bean. Alluring and salty scents. A fleshy taste in line with the nose, full and warm, with earthy nuances, silky tannins and velvety persistence, with a balsamic, juicy and lingering mocha aftertaste.

This wine has an inky purple color and a wonderful aroma of black fruit, charcoal and graphite, as well as blackberry and a sweet note of dates. The palate has excellent fruit. Its tannins are lively and it has a delicious finish, where tar and charcoal are easily discernible. This wine has incredible aging potential and will benefit from your patience. We advise a consumption between 3 and 30 years after the harvest. Accompany roast pork, veal, lamb and mushroom recipes. It is better to be transfused if it is young, up to 5-6 years.
