All this without depriving the wine of its mineral elegance in the mouth and the silky aftertaste. It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and its production is limited to only 4,500 bottles. Enjoy it with good cuts of beef, lamb dishes or game!

We are dealing with an Alsatian Pinot Noir that does not come out every year. Its vinification takes place 75% in stainless tanks and 25% in oak barrels. La Tour Pinot Noir has a beautiful ruby color, a nose with finesse, slightly roasted and candied red fruits and spices. It is crisp in the mouth, rich and full on the palate, with intense tannins on the finish and can easily be combined with charcuterie, barbecued meats, game or poultry, pizzas and flambe tarts.

The "Lirac" vineyard overlooks Chateauneuf du Pape, across the Rhone River. It is one of the emerging regions from the southern Rhone Valley, as it offers excellent wines. In this particular wine we have vinification in stainless steel tanks and aging in concrete tanks and French oak barrels. It has an intense ink color and aromas of red and black ripe fruits that dominate. The mouth is full, with aromas of blackcurrant liqueur and spices, while the aftertaste shows notes of licorice and vanilla, which give the wine length and complexity. Drink it between 1 and 8 years. Accompany braised game, roast lamb, roast beef or chicken with rich red sauces.

It is a bright, red, cherry colored wine. Amarena cherries, graphite and lavender can be seen on the nose which are also present on the palate leaving an elegant sense of sweetness with intense acidity and a light to medium body with excellent intensity. Accompany white, red meats and charcuterie.

The south-east facing vines dry quickly in the morning so that the delicate Pinot Noir grapes can always be harvested healthy and ripe to produce this special wine. It has a matte ruby color with light edges, a complex nose of cherries, sanguine oranges and beets. It is fruity on the palate, delicate and edgy, with fine tannins, graceful sweetness, lively acidity and distinct notes of Amarena cherries and sour cherries. It combines perfectly with roasted vegetables and game!
