It is delicious and flavorful with an intense ruby ??color and fine foam. It has a characteristic aroma of red fruits and spices and its taste is soft, fruity and pleasantly sweet. It is well balanced by the soft tannins and goes well with typical Italian charcuterie and traditional first courses from Emilia and Modena. Also ideal for dessert, especially in combination with fruit tarts and cakes. Drink it cool at 10-12°C.

Giacobazzi Delizioso Fragolino is a sparkling sweet wine that comes from a selection of suitable red grapes for the production of Fragolino with a brilliant ruby ??color. It has balance in the mouth that is also aromatic, balanced and pleasantly sweet leaving the characteristic taste of strawberry. The "Dentelles" appeared thanks to the pressure between the Pyrenees and the Alps. The nights are cooler and the ripening of the grapes usually comes at the end of September.
