Red Wine

This Morgon comes from a plot located in the northern part of the origin. Aging in concrete tanks for 15 months. It has a beautiful and attractive rose red color. On the nose it has elegant notes of black fruits and spices. In the mouth it is round and rich with elegant tannins. A strong wine! It perfectly accompanies meat in sauce, game and cheeses.

SOBI is an authentic red wine from Sardinia, with a deep ruby color and complex aromas of red fruits, pepper, leather and balsamic notes. Aging in oak barrels offers elegance, soft tannins and a long, delicious aftertaste. Served at 16°C. Ideal with red meats, game and aged cheeses. The soul of Sardinia in every sip!

SUSU is a Cannonau from Sardinia, carefully crafted from vineyards at 450-700 meters. With aromas of red fruit, pepper, herbs, leather and a deep ruby color. Produced exclusively from selected parcels in our 600-ha estate in Ucles (Castile, Spain) at elevation 750m as. The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably and organically farmed. An elegant and sophisticated wine showing the fruit intensity, purity of the aromas and acidity of the high-altitude vineyards. Deep garnet colour with powerful and complex aromas combining ripe berry notes with some cassis and a touch of bell pepper. The oak ageing offers hints of leather, spice and vanilla. Very round on the palate with a velvety texture, showing remarkable freshness and great persistence. Enjoy it with burgers, premium beef cuts and rich recipes!

It is produced from privately owned organic vineyards. The Oveja range is a dynamic range that varieties and quantities vary from year to year.An unusual blend of Graciano and Malbec. Graciano is a noble, but not multi-planted variety. With late ripening, it gives acidity and beautiful floral aromas to the wine. Malbec has adapted well to the continental climate in high altitude vineyards. It complements Graciano with fresh raspberry aromas and a round texture. A dry, medium-bodied, hearty, juicy, non-barrel-aged red wine. Uncomplicated and flexible. It's a great wine with barbecue, pizza and tapas!

Quinta de Quercus is located in the heart of Castile in Central Spain. Quercus is the winery's flagship wine. Produced from a single plot in Vina Ocana, the best and oldest vineyard plot of Quinta de Quercus Estate at altitude 800m. Intense nose, combining attractive aromas of ripe blackberries, rosemary and thyme with a tertiary complexity of fine oak that lends notes of spice and clove. Full and juicy on the palate, lively and fresh, with great length and precision. Beautiful texture with muscular yet velvety, fine tannins. Accompany premium beef cuts and grilled meats.

Corpo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is aged for 48 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle. Deep, ruby color with earthy highlights. Aromas of red fruits, vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth, it is balanced between mild tannins, cherry and tobacco leaves. Excellent with red meats, aged cheeses, spicy chicken, duck, veal and stews!
