Gaia Notios "MONOGRAPH" Agiorgitiko-Syrah is a youthful, fruity red wine that combines two emblematic varieties of PGI Peloponnese: Agiorgitiko and Syrah. Cultivated in our vineyards in Koutsi, Nemea, the grapes create a wine that perfectly marries the vibrant fruit and supple tannins of Agiorgitiko with the richness and spicy character of Syrah. With a deep reddish-violet color, it is ideal served cool at 10-14C, even during warmer months. It pairs perfectly with light red meats like burgers, pasta with red sauce, and Mediterranean appetizers. Avoid heavy meats and fish. A wine that brings the unpretentious freshness of the south to your table, any season!

Gaia's Agiorgitiko is an authentic expression of this superb variety from the historic PDO Nemea zone. Born from the blessed vineyards of the region, it masterfully balances juicy red fruits with subtle oak notes, highlighting the noble, fruity character of the variety. Enjoy it alongside relaxed, everyday meals. It is the ideal companion for light red meats, dishes with red sauce, pasta, and Greek appetizers. Its freshness pairs perfectly with cheeses like feta. Mandilari Red BIO is another label of the Gavalas winery, whose vineyards were included in the organic cultivation regime in 2001. The history of the winery begins sometime in 1906, by Emmanuel Gavalas, who began to plant the first vineyards. Since then, the vineyards are passed down from generation to generation and the love for wine passes with them.

The Lonely Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine, which comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. Created exclusively from the Cabernet sauvignon variety, which grows in the Monofatsi vineyards, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the "Kremnolia" vineyard.

Efivos Red Dry BIO is a red dry organic wine that comes to us from the Gavalas winery in Crete. The varieties Mandilari, Kotsifali and Syrah are grown in the vineyards of Monofatsi in Heraklion, Crete in the vineyard "Kremnolia".

Iama Red Dry combines two well-known grape varieties to get the final result. The "Vradiano" variety originating from Evia, and the Syrah variety originating from France, make this wine unique which is ready for consumption with the possibility of further aging for at least 4 years.

Syrah Wild Fermentation 2016 Red Dry is a distillate of grapes of the French variety Syrah that is cultivated in a small village, Gialtra, Evia.
