CasalFarneto Otto Borghi Rosso, is a wine with remarkable structure and elegance, soft but at the same time powerful produced from the Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It is presented to us with a deep vibrant purple red color, very intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberries and plums and with a spicy aftertaste. In the mouth it is warm and full and the taste is rich with soft tannins and a fruity finish. It goes perfectly with large beef steaks, game, braised meat and strong mature cheeses.

Rosae Lacrima is a red, fresh, aromatic and easy-drinking wine with very prominent aromas of rose and violet. It has a ruby color with purple highlights and intense aromas of rose and violet, with notes of berries. This is an elegant wine that reflects the vineyard and the terroir from which it comes. It is light, friendly tannic, fresh, easy to drink and aromatic and you can enjoy it with appetizers, tomato-based first courses, sausages, white and red meats.

This is a wine with an intense ruby color, rich and elegant aromas of flowers, fresh red fruits, berries, spices and spicy notes of vanilla. Il Poggio Aglianico is a compact and bright wine with purple-red color and ruby ??highlights. Very typical Alianico nose, intense, quite complex and delicate, with dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits such as plum, amarena cherry, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and some smoky notes due to the short passage in barrique (small oak barrel). It has velvety tannins, a fruity palate, a persistent, fine medium body and is poised and quite harmonious. Dare and you won't miss out if you accompany it with Moussaka or barbecue (BBQ).

It is a mature and round red wine with intense rubies and violet hues. Aromas of plum, blueberry, cedar, chocolate, cherry and general red berries with spicy notes of white pepper immediately make their presence felt. We are dealing with an Alsatian Pinot Noir that does not come out every year. Its vinification takes place 75% in stainless tanks and 25% in oak barrels. La Tour Pinot Noir has a beautiful ruby color, a nose with finesse, slightly roasted and candied red fruits and spices. It is crisp in the mouth, rich and full on the palate, with intense tannins on the finish and can easily be combined with charcuterie, barbecued meats, game or poultry, pizzas and flambe tarts.

Aromas of red fruits such as sour cherry, notes of smoke as well as the 18 months of aging in barriques barrels (1/3 new) give it velvety tannins, depth of flavor and a wonderful silky elegance. For those who like good Pinots from Burgundy but don't like their prices, this Pinot from the Von Winning estate is ideal.
