Red Wine

Its color is intense ruby. Its aromas and taste are beautifully elegant and powerful at the same time, with notes of red fruit, cherry, black cherry, raisin and raspberry. Aging in barriques (oak barrels) does not mask but enhances the fruity aroma. In the mouth it is full, round, generous, with excellent tannins. Enjoy it with good cuts of beef. It is a meditative wine, suitable for aging for 15/20 years, kept in a cool place and away from light.

This wine has a deep and intense red color and aromas of fresh black fruits and roasted herbs. In the mouth, the richness of the tannins harmonizes with the smoothness of the wine. The finish is long, with aromas of spices and licorice. Drink it between 1 and 10 years. It will go very well with red meats, roast lamb, duck, tuna carpaccio, grilled lobster and cheeses.

The "Dentelles" appeared thanks to the pressure between the Pyrenees and the Alps. The nights are cooler and the ripening of the grapes usually comes at the end of September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks and aging in oak barrels. It has a deep red grenache color and aromas typical of Grenache with ripe black fruits, raspberry. It is a powerful Gigondas, but harmonious and well balanced with a long finish and hints of spice and minerals. Enjoy it between 1 and 8 years with the accompaniment of game, lamb, roasts, a variety with bold cold cuts or even a pizza.

A wine that has come from a manual harvest and has been aged in oak barrels with 10% new barrels. On the nose, this wine reveals aromas of pepper and red fruit jam. In the mouth it is balanced, rich and intense, offering to its long finish very good quality tannins. A wine with character, always aging for 6 to 8 years. Accompany lamb kebabs, beef Bourguignon, game or your barbecue.

The harvest of this particular wine is done manually. The wine has an intense dark ruby color and develops aromas of ripe black fruits such as raspberry, cherry and spices. It has a deep and bright purple-red color as well as an exciting nose with aromas of black fruits, spices and vanilla. This great aromatic complexity is also found on the palate: spices and ripe fruit emerge with elegance and harmonious tannins. The aftertaste has good aromatic length where a touch of licorice and pepper is discernible. It is a wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape with great concentration and finesse. Enjoy it between 2 and 20 years. It is better to be transfused if it is young -under 5 years old-. Accompany cooked red meats, poultry and game.

This wine has an inky purple color and a wonderful aroma of black fruit, charcoal and graphite, as well as blackberry and a sweet note of dates. The palate has excellent fruit. Its tannins are lively and it has a delicious finish, where tar and charcoal are easily discernible. This wine has incredible aging potential and will benefit from your patience. We advise a consumption between 3 and 30 years after the harvest. Accompany roast pork, veal, lamb and mushroom recipes. It is better to be transfused if it is young, up to 5-6 years.

Refreshing acidity, moderate, balanced alcohol and body, soft tannins and persistent aftertaste. A straight, cool and youthful red wine. Garalis Limnio Short Skin as a light style of red wine with accentuated acidity will go great with lamb on the spit or in the gastra, as well as with kokora krasato and traditional pasta. For ethnic lovers, it will accompany beautifully roasted duck bao buns with Hoisin sauce and grilled quail, while a yellow cheese platter with red fruit chutney is always a memorable combination.

Garalis Limnio Of Lemnos is created 100% from the Limnio variety. Aromas of dried plums, black cherry, butterscotch and nuts. Accented acidity, round tannins, moderate body and alcohol and persistent aftertaste. A Limnio mature, rich, with excellent structure and a rich mouthfeel. Garalis Limnio Of Lemnos with its exuberant character is ideal to accompany meat dishes such as roast lamb or goat in the oven or on the spit. Its gentle tannins make it equally enjoyable alongside a beef liver or a barley with king mushrooms. It will work equally well with vegetarian aubergine dishes but also with mature cheeses such as an aged Gruyere.

The name RIRA has been mentioned since the old days for an area above the Neratzies of Aigio, high above the tourist resorts of Logos - Selianitika in the coastal zone of Aegialia. The estate, which has existed in its current boundaries since 1872, was cultivated with raisins in the old days. The philosophy of the winery is limited to the fact that very good wine must be accessible to everyone, without a sophisticated appearance, without unnecessary words, without an expensive price.
