Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. This is the typical Valpolicella Superiore wine, made according to the best traditions and with all the characteristics of the wines of the Tedeschi family. It has good structure, delicate taste and elegance. The grapes come from vineyards located in the Valpolicella hills. After vinification it is aged in Slavonia oak barrels for 1 year.

Its color is ruby with highlights of garnet while its aromas are fresh leaving clear notes of cherry and raisin. In the mouth it has a medium to full body, well balanced and harmonious structure. It can be aged for about 7 years. Enjoy it with pasta, white and red meat dishes in red sauces or roasts.

It has an intense ruby color and aromas reminiscent of black currant, sour cherry and plum. In the mouth it has a rich structure and balance.
