Mountain vineyards from the areas of Lefkes and Thapsana, are strictly selected by the people of the Moraitis winery. The grapes of the Monemvasia variety will be carefully selected from them, to give us the Paros Barrel White Dry, which will be fermented in French oak, will undergo periodic stirring of the wine lees and then will remain in new French oak barrels for 5 months.

The Harmony of Nature! Domaine Florian Symphony Organic 2018 is an organic red wine, a unique blend of Xinomavro, Agiorgitiko, and Syrah from a single vineyard on the Epanomi peninsula. The distinctive winemaking, without pressing, and its maturation in French oak barrels create a light yet rich wine, full of fruit and charm. With intensely fruity aromas, the palate is harmonious and enjoyable, with low, balanced acidity. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, lamb, sausages, and hearty stews. The Power of Time! Domaine Florian Syrah Barrique 2015 is a robust dry red wine, 100% Syrah, from an organic vineyard in Epanomi. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle, it gains unique complexity and a powerful character. With a deep purple color, it offers intense aromas of sour cherry, black currant, and dried fruits, with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity, leading to a long, spicy finish. Serve at 16-18C after decanting for 20-30 minutes. It pairs perfectly with grilled steak, roast beef, and game. Avoid very light dishes and acidic sauces. This wine is a true testament to the elegance of time!

A Merlot with an amazing value for money aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Aromatically you will distinguish ripe characters such as tomato paste, ink, blackberry jam and smoke. The taste is fruity with a sweet aftertaste. It accompanies wonderful dishes of greek cuisine such as stews, moussaka, rooster in red wine sauce, but also stews with minced meat and mushrooms.

Red wine aged for 6 months in large barrels. It has a bright red color. The nose reveals ripe red fruits, spices and a balsamic note. In the mouth it has a full body and mature tannins dominate. Aromas the same as the nose with great intensity and persistence. Enjoy it with focaccia, panzerotti stuffed with tomato, mozzarella and prosciutto and pork chops in sauce.

An den Achtmorgen is the first GG Pinot Noir. The plot is the heart of the equestrian trail in the Ruppertsberg and with the dense planting of Burgundy Pinot varieties in 2009. The sandstone and limestone in the soil and the sheltered location at the foot of the Haardt make this plot excellent for Pinot Noir. Since 2018 it is now also classified as GG. The wine is bright ruby with slight violet highlights. Airy, noble and elegant with aromas of plum and cherry preserves on the nose, it continues on the palate classy and ethereal floating and carried atgreat length by finely woven tannins and cherry aromas.

Beautiful intense ruby red. The bouquet is complex, aromas of black cherry, blackberry, blueberry and mushroom. Followed by mineral notes, wet earth, licorice, vanilla, as well as botanical notes of thyme and laurel. In the mouth it is medium to full bodied with elegant tannins. Juicy due to the acidity with a nice and long aftertaste. Perfect to accompany main meat dishes, it is excellent in combination with pork chops.

Memoro really emerged as a cuvee wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy coming from different vintages. Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.
