Anastasia Fragou BODY is a fresh, dry red wine, a harmonious blend of Agiorgitiko (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) from the vineyards of Pikermi, Attica. This composition marries the velvety texture and fruity aromas of Agiorgitiko with the structure and spicy notes of Cabernet Sauvignon. With a ruby color, its nose is youthful and vibrant, with aromas of fresh red fruits like sour cherry and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of vanilla. The palate is dry and full-bodied, with soft tannins and a sweet, fruity taste that makes it very versatile. Serve at 12-16C. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, pasta with red sauce, and traditional Greek dishes. Avoid very light dishes!

This great and famous DOC represents the essence of Puglia. Handpicked and overripe grape harvest, soft pressing and controlled fermentation, partial finishing in wood.

Garnacha/Grenache from old vines of the village of Cadalso los Vidrios at an altitude of 800m, give this wine with a production of 10,125 bottles. The harvest is manual and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. No oak barrels are used in the production.
