Red Wine

A juicy, fleshy unoaked red wine, showing great purity and the typicity of high-altitude Garnacha from the heart of Spain, with expressive and well-defined aromas of black cherries and strawberries over subtle notes of spice and herbs. Bright ruby red colour. Fresh and with an excellent persistence on the palate. Versatile, medium to full bodied food wine, excellent with grilled, stewed and braised meats as well as pasta and tapas.

Following the tradition of super Venetian wines, a unique blend has been created that is partially obtained from dried grapes: this technique is called "Appassimento". Beautiful dark burgundy color. The nose is intense with spices and notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is round and persistent!

Original Italian wine, deep red grenache color. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit and spices. Full-bodied, round on the palate with a taste of ripe red berries, with a velvety and soft texture slightly refined by aging in barrique barrels.

Gaia Notios "MONOGRAPH" Agiorgitiko-Syrah is a youthful, fruity red wine that combines two emblematic varieties of PGI Peloponnese: Agiorgitiko and Syrah. Cultivated in our vineyards in Koutsi, Nemea, the grapes create a wine that perfectly marries the vibrant fruit and supple tannins of Agiorgitiko with the richness and spicy character of Syrah. With a deep reddish-violet color, it is ideal served cool at 10-14C, even during warmer months. It pairs perfectly with light red meats like burgers, pasta with red sauce, and Mediterranean appetizers. Avoid heavy meats and fish. A wine that brings the unpretentious freshness of the south to your table, any season!

It is a noble native wine of Apulia, with a beautiful ruby red color. Intense and seductive bouquet, full and round body with nice complexity, slightly refined aged in barrique barrels.

This wine has an elegant and aromatic nose with blackberries and earthy notes. On the palate it is warm and at the same time delicious, while the core of ripe red fruits is supported by a fresh acidity and soft tannins. The rich structure leads to a long and spicy finish. Ideal with pork, roast chicken and aged cheeses!

The different origins of the grapes give Memoro Bianco its balanced taste. Viognier with all its warmth, linked to the region brings the wonderful structure. Chardonnay from cooler climates exudes apricot and apple aromas on the nose, lending freshness to the palate, supported by the delicate floral notes of Vermentino and sweet pear of Pecorino. Summarizing white and yellow stone fruit aromas, with tropical notes. Refreshing on the palate, with a remarkable concentration of fruit and notes of spiced pears that give a lively finish. Serve with fish-based dishes, pasta or rice with creamy sauces, poultry, seafood and hard or soft cheeses.

Kotsifali Red BIO is another label of the Gavalas winery, whose vineyards were included in the organic cultivation regime in 2001. The history of the winery begins sometime in 1906, by Emmanuel Gavalas, who began to plant the first vineyards. Since then, the vineyards are passed down from generation to generation and the love for wine passes with them.

Memoro really emerged as a cuvee wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy coming from different vintages. Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.
