Thanks to the innovative study of soil and plant characteristics that we carried out in Maternigo and the Impervio vineyard, each individual vine is continuously monitored and fruit ripeness is checked on a daily basis.

This Valpolicella has a deep ruby color and its bouquet is intensely fruity. Notes of red currants, cherries and plums that give freshness to the wine and mingle with mineral, ethereal, spicy and vanilla notes. In the mouth it is rich, fresh and well balanced with significant tannic structure, very lively acidity and an alcohol level that ensures good aging potential.
