Voujon is a well-known site in the Brouilly appellation, which rests on a bed of pink granite. It produces wines that are structured and rich in character. This Beaujolais is aged in cement tanks for 14 months. Intense ruby color. Aromas of red fruits and small black fruits with light licorice notes. Round and tasty with black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) present. Accompany grilled pork chops, beef.

The wine takes its name from the extension of its vineyard of origin, highlighting the close bond that binds each bottle of the estate and each individual vineyard. The varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, the winemaker Pasquale Presutto and the Castelnuovo Berardenga region give us this wine.

Among the hills of Valiano stands out Poggio Teo cru with its old vines full of juicy Sangiovese. From this exclusive selection is born a small masterpiece: Poggio Teo Chianti Classico. In the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga winemaker Pasquale Presutto, blends Sangiovese and Merlot and makes a wine that ages 3 months in barrels, 9 months in large oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.

The place called "Beauvernay" is located on a blue stone slope at an altitude of 400 meters facing south. Aging for 15 months in cement tanks. It has an attractive ruby color. Aromas of violet, cherry, morello cherry and pepper. Elegant, silky and structured, with nice balance. Beautiful minerality on the finish. Accompany veal liver, veal stir-fry and cheeses.

Grown in the "Strofi" single block (619 m. elevation), it matures for 12 months in new French oak, gaining depth and a distinctive mineral character.
